Before the Play: The Overlook was haunted long before the Torrances got there. So for the miniseries, he went back to the spooky hotel that first inspired him. This cover from the periodical measures approximately 5.5" x 7.5" and is preserved for display in the 6.25" x 8.25" frame. The original Wrightson cover art was created in acrylic on illustration board with an image area of 14" x 20.5".
